1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the Tiz Bron platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all service providers (businesses) who register on the platform, as well as end customers who book services.

2. Description of Service

Tiz Bron is a booking management platform designed for service businesses in Turkmenistan. The platform allows businesses to create public-facing profiles, manage their availability and employees, receive booking requests from nearby customers, and communicate with their clientele through the app.

3. Business Registration

When registering your business on Tiz Bron, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business.
• Maintain and promptly update your business information to keep it accurate.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Not register on behalf of another person or entity without authorization.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations governing your type of service business.

Tiz Bron reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any business registration at its discretion. Your business profile will be reviewed and activated within 24 hours of submission.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Tiz Bron offers the following subscription plans for businesses:

• Monthly Plan: 20 TMT per month, billed monthly.
• 6-Month Plan: 100 TMT for 6 months (equivalent to 16.7 TMT/month).
• Yearly Plan: 180 TMT per year (equivalent to 15 TMT/month).

Accepted payment methods include cash, Altyn asyr bank card, Rysgal bank card, and phone balance (mobile payment). All prices are in Turkmenistani Manat (TMT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Tiz Bron reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Tiz Bron does not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law. If you cancel a 6-month or yearly plan, access to premium features will continue until the period expires.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the platform.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Use automated bots or scrapers on the platform without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Tiz Bron platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Tiz Bron and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tiz Bron is a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between businesses and their customers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiz Bron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications to Terms

Tiz Bron reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered businesses of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkmenistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
